Fan of melon with port syrup, lemon sorbet & fresh berries

Grilled sea bream on a bed of roast fennel served with lemon oil, capers & dried cranberries

Roast chicken breast with a red wine, bacon, mushroom & baby onion sauce

Daube of beef

Roast pork fillet with a cider, apple & date sauce

Potato gnocchi with a white wine, spinach, mushroom & chestnut sauce flavoured with garlic & tarragon

Pan fried sirloin steak served with a rich red wine sauce & topped with stilton
