Grilled sea bream with a white wine, leek, dill & pink peppercorn sauce

Roast chicken breast topped with mushroom duxelle wrapped in parma ham served with a red wine sauce

Roast pork fillet with brandy, chestnut & prune sauce

Potato gnocchi with a white wine, spinach, mushroom & chestnut sauce flavoured with garlic & tarragon

Pan fried sirloin steak served with peppercorn sauce & topped with crumbled goats cheese
